The strategy “Europe 2020” sets the EU on the path to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Making sustainable use of scarce natural land resources can contribute towards this. Germany’s Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) has taken up these research needs at an early stage, financing the national funding priority “REFINA - Research for the Reduction of Land Consumption and for Sustainable Land Management” over the past five years. This forum will offer a platform for European institutions, researchers, planners and municipal and regional practicioners to discuss expectations regarding future sustainability and research policies.
Please use for your registration the online registration form on http://www.refina-info.de/en. The event is free of charge.
